As MME and Model Mafia Teen returns with the Mafia Diva, changes have been made to create a more distinctive look. We are proud to provide some recognition to the young ladies who are striving to be successful, positive, and make a difference.
To apply to be a Mafia Diva submit the following information:
First and Last Name
Age
The School You Attend (or will be attending in the fall semester)
Your Grade (or grade you will be entering during the fall semester)
City and State
Any organizations or HS sororities
Why will you make the perfect Mafia Diva?

Who is the person you admire most?
What is your favorite color?
Do you participate in community service?
What is one positive thing you could say to someone?

Requirements:
Females ONLY
Ages 12-19
MUST be in school (No HS graduates)
Photo Submission Rules:
Submit 1-3 photos
NO finger signs nor gangs signs
NO group photos
NO sexually explicit nor provocative photos
Photos must be clear
NO bathroom camera phone pics
NO writing nor profane language on photos
NO thumbnails (Photos must be large enough to see.)
Professional Photos ARE accepted but NOT required.
